3. Being responsible to contact and communicate with investment promotion organizations in and out of our country, to organize special trainings, seminars and talks relevant to investment.
4. Being responsible to provide national and international investors with consultation of investment business, information service, market investigation, capital credit research, investment promotion planning service and feasibility research of projects.
5. Being responsible to the establishing and changing procedures of investing enterprises, to help to solve the problems the investing enterprises encounter in the course of their establishment like industrial and commercial problems, tax, customs and foreign exchange management.
6. Being responsible to help to solve the problems the enterprises encounter before their settlement, such as planning, land, construction, environment protection, safety observation, fire protection and tax.
7. Being responsible to help to solve the problems the enterprises encounter in the course of preparation and construction like land leveling, road, water supply, electricity supply, drainage, communication, construction and inspection.
8. Being responsible to help to increase the management and corresponding service to foreign-founded enterprises, to analyze regularly the developing situation and trends of foreign-founded enterprises and to deal with and solve the problems they encounter.
