The living area attached to Guangzhou Toyota project lies in south of Shuangshan Avenue in Nansha. It is about 8 kilometers away from the Guangzhou Toyota project of Huangge Town. The living area occupies 137,000 square meters. The total construction area is about 274,000 square meters, of which the residential construction area covers 228,000 square meters, the commercial center construction area about 30,000 square meters, and the commercial pedestrian street about 10,000 square meters. It is planned to build 68 monomer of 8-15floor (six single apartments, 62 residential units), with a total investment of about 700 million Yuan. According to plan, the living area attached to Guangzhou Toyota project can accommodate 10,000 to 12,000 people, meeting living requirements of the employees of Guangzhou Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Toyota enterprises of motors and related parts. The living area is surrounded by facilities like commercial centers, provincial-level schools and hospitals established by the government or by attracting investments.
