The Synopsis of villages’Land purchase invitation for economical development in Huangge Town

With the rapid advancement of Industrilization and Urbanization, the villages in Huangge town also enjoy rapid economical developments. Currently, the definite area of the land used for economical development is about 8000 Mu (Chinese unit for area measurement), which is dispersed in the 14 villages in Huangge town. And this area owns a richful amount of explorable land resources.

LianxiVillage

Lianxi Village is located in northwest part of the center of Huangge town; the reserved land area for economical development is 755 Mu (ibid), and it has been planned already. Toyota Auto Park is near to the Lianxi village. At present, there are four six-story-high buildings available to lease for the use of industrial workers’dormitories.In addition, and there are also five nine-story or eleven-story buildings under construction, whose designed space can hold 4500 workers. The Nansha Local Speciality Mall built by the village is about to put into operation, which is located near the exit of the Auto Park Stop of the subway’s 4thline. The investment projects under discussion include Dongyu Chemical Storage project, and the construction of Hotel in Auto Park.

DatangVillage

Datang village lies in the center of Huangge town. Its researved land area for economical development is about 672 Mu (ibid) and it has been planned already. The Toyota Auto Park is close to the village. The exit of the Subway’s Huangge Stop is opposite to the village; therefore, the transportation is convinent here. The industrial workshop project whose floor space reaches 30.000 squaremetres is in preparation process for construction. And the comprehensive coordination project whose floor space is over 30.000 squaremetres is also in preparation process for construction.

DongliVillage

Dongli Village lies in the central part of Huangge town. Its reserved land area for economical development is 517Mu (ibid) and its development planning has been made already.It is adjacent to Toyota Auto Park. It is opposite to the exit of Huangge Stop of the subway. A multi-functional mall will be built here, including plant section, commercial section, trade exchange section, catering industry section, office accommodation section. There is a gas station in this village. And there is a four-S automobile exclusive agency, an automobile examining line, a dormitory building for the staff of Taishan Petrochemical Company under construction.

DajingVillage

Dajing Village is located in the south-east part of Huangge town. Its reserved land area for economical development is 749Mu (ibid). The development planning of it has been made. This village is mainly focusing on the development of industry and commerce. Right now, the village is constructing a mall along its busy streets.

Little Tiger Village

The Little Tiger Village is situated in the south-east of Huangge town. It lies along the estuary of Zhujiang River. It owns richful resource of seashore and convenient transportations by sea and by land. Its reserved land area for economical development is 1146 Mu (ibid), its development planning has been made already. The village is mainly focusing on the development of industries such as storing logistics, Auto-components Manufacture, Equipment.

ShazaiVillage

Shazai Village is located in the east of Huangge town. In the east, it is along the Shiziyang waterway, in the west, it is on Lishui waterway of Shazai.  It owns richful resource of seashore and convenient transportations by sea and by land.  10000-tonnage-level dock can be built up here. At present, the largest roll-on-roll-off dock in Asia--the Nansha Automobile Roll-on-roll-off dock is located here. The reserved land area for the economical development is 634 Mu; its development plan has been made already. The village is mainly focusing on the development of industries such as Port Logistics, Secondary Industry, and Intensive Chemistry.

LiudongVillage

Liudong Village is situated in the northwest part of Huangge town. It is adjacent to the Dongyong town which is in the Fanyu District. The subways lines such as Shinanlu, Huangsha express, Dongbu express pass by this village. The transportation is convenient here. The reserved land area for the economical development is 646Mu (ibid), whose planning has already been made. The reserved land can be transformed into plant, storage, commercial housing, etc. The project under construction is an industrial park measured 100Mu.

XinhaiVillage

Xinhai village lies in the northeast part of Huangge town. The subway lines such as Huangsha express, Dongbu express pass by this village. The transportaion is convenient here. Its reserved land area for economical development is 563 Mu (ibid), and it has been planned. The village is mainly focusing on the development of Industry.

WuzhouVillage

Wuzhou Village is situated in the east of Huangge town. It is adjacent to Toyota Auto Park in the west, and closed to the Auto-Component Manufacture Park in the north. Its reserved land area for economical development is 549Mu (ibid), and it has been planned. The subway- Dongbu express is near to this village. A plant measured 65Mu and its coordinating living quarters is under construction now.  Several projects are under discussion.

DongwanVillage

Dongwan Village is in the south east part of Huangge town. It locates between Nansha new administrative center and business center. Its reserved land area for the economical development is 683Mu (ibid), and it has been planned already.The village is mainly focusing on the construction of commercial building, housing place, and hotel. At present, the market of construction-decorative material and hardware wholesale is under construction, it covers an area of 90Mu (ibid)

JiaomenVillage

The Jiaomen Village is in the south of Huangge town. It locates between Nansha new administrative center and business center. Its reserved land area for the economical development is 263Mu (ibid). It is adjacent to the Jingang Avenue and Phoenix Avenue, it has been planned. The land is used for commercial purposes; it is constructed as commercial building, official building, and hotel.

NanyongkouVillage

Nanyongkou Village lies adjacent to the Qilingxincheng in Huangge. It is closed to Tingjiao Overpass, Jingzhu Expressway and Huangge Avenue, therefore, transportation is rather convenient. Its reserved land area for the economical development is 153Mu (ibid), and it has been planned already. It is mainly used for commercial purposes; meanwhile, it has the potentiality of developing logistics and storing industry.

TanweiVillage

Tanwei Village is located in the southwest of Huangge town. Its reserved land area for the economical development is 447Mu (ibid), and it has been planned already. It is adjacent to the Phoenix Avenue and Jingzhu Avenue. It is near to the Nansha new administrative center, and it is mainly constructed as commercial building, hotel, commercial office building.

TingjiaoVillage

Tingjiao Village is located in the southwest part of Huangge town. It is next to Tingjiao Overpass. Its reserved land area for the economical development is 359Mu (ibid). The transportation is convenient here. It has the advantage of developing logistic storage and distribution items.
